Flowers always make people better, happier, and more helpful; they are sunshine, food and medicine to the soul.

Our story
I started East Post Pumpkins in 2009 as a hobby, growing pumpkins. It has grown into a passion that has led me to expand our hobby into the best roadside stand in the area! We now grow specialty pumpkins, fresh cut flowers including Zinnias, Sunflowers, Strawflowers, Peonies, and this year we are going to add Lavender!
When you stop by our place you may see a handful of family members helping out. My wife Stefanie is a full-time 1st Grade teacher and enjoys helping customers when she isn’t busy teaching her students. In addition, you may also find our daughters, Sydney & Hayley, here if they aren’t off at college (Syd) or playing soccer (Hayley)! You may even get a chance to meet my parents; Boyd & Barb Potter, they are a great help around the farm filling in with just about anything I ask them to help with.
I look forward to seeing each of you!

Each year we spend countless hours in the field planting, weeding and caring for the plants for you to enjoy. During the growing seasons you find a large selection of fresh cut flowers, both carving and specialty pumpkins, as well as our own honey. During the summer months we offer u-pick fresh cut flowers, stay tuned for more updates!
“Seriously, the best pumpkin patch around. The variety is insane and the flowers are absolutely gorgeous. I’ve passed this place many times as a child but this was my first time stopping and I will never get my fall pumpkin/gourd needs anywhere else! Absolutely fair prices as well. Definitely recommend! Also, the owner and family were so kind and welcoming.”
